Minimum service of (100) includes: delivery, setup, tear-down, cleanup, BBQ grills, cooks, on-site preparation, buffet-style food service, recycled paper plates, napkins, utensils, table linen, on-site food manager, and all the attention necessary to insure a successful BBQ event. All orders are subject to 15% gratuity. Orders under (100) guests in extraordinary locations are subject to an additional 10% surcharge.
